Job summary

Rite Aid in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Growth-focused Business Development Representative. You will support junior team members, manage social calendars, and develop the Tulsa reference network to close deals. You’ll convert webinar attendees into demos and own the funnel end-to-end.

Expect a base salary in the 40k–60k range, with room to grow and a mentor to accelerate your development. This is a temporary, on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Business Development/BDR role.
• Strong written communication, able to craft professional emails.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tulsa, OK (relocation if needed).
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and ability to drive deals from first contact to close.

Responsibilities

• Support junior account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy.
• Own social media calendars and community engagement efforts.
• Build a Tulsa reference network to accelerate closings.
• Convert webinar attendees into sales demos within 48 hours.
• Represent Rite Aid at trade shows, conferences, and local events.
• Own the funnel from first click to closed-won.
