Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth within existing accounts in Indianapolis. You will prospect, cold-call, set appointments, present programs, and aim to meet a sales quota.

Responsibilities include leveraging relationships with Service Representatives, developing an annual sales strategy, and presenting samples to customers to win new business.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals; meet sales activity targets; collaborate with Service Representative to grow sales and profits.
• Under Sales Manager guidance, sell products and services to major customers to hit targets.
• Utilize sales tools, collateral, and product samples; develop annual sales and marketing strategy and budget for the year.
