Job summary

The Siena Group, a well-established packaging company in New York, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its thermoforming division. The new team member will inherit a $2M book of business, focusing on both farming existing clients and hunting for new business opportunities.

This role requires proven experience in solutions selling custom packaging products, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors, and strong knowledge of thin gauge thermoforming.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solutions selling custom packaging products, preferably in med device and/or pharma packaging.
• Strong experience in thin gauge thermoforming is preferred.
• Must be based in the northeast.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue with existing clients and open up new business channels.
