Job summary

Findlay Cadillac in Henderson, NV is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to engage with prospective customers by phone, text, and email, turning interest into showroom visits.

You'll build relationships, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the sales team while learning Cadillac's vehicles and features. No automotive experience required—training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create excitement around the Cadillac brand.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, helping turn customer interest into dealership visits.
• Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to reconnect with potential buyers.
• Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to showroom visit.
• Develop your knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features to confidently assist customers.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
