Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or business development experience.
• Ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Dealership Management System.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule sales or service appointments.
• Log customer comments into the Dealership Management System.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
• Maintain and update customer changes in database.
