Job summary

Findlay Cadillac in Henderson, NV is seeking motivated, personable Business Development Representatives to engage with customers by phone, text, and email and to schedule showroom visits. You will build relationships, follow up on leads, and work with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.

No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training and support are provided to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and create excitement around the Cadillac brand.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, helping turn customer interest into dealership visits.
• Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to reconnect with potential buyers.
• Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to showroom visit.
• Develop your knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features to confidently assist customers.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
