Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Cedar Hill, Texas is seeking a customer-focused Banker to act as a frontline ambassador and grow retail relationships within a high-service environment. You will support the Woodforest Experience by delivering personalized interactions and guiding customers through banking solutions.

You will promote products, assist with digital tools, and ensure accurate transactions in a fast-paced branch setting, aligning with our Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by creating warm, welcoming, and personalized interactions with every customer, every day.
• Actively participate in local retail marketing efforts that drive branch traffic and community engagement.
