Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and outreach.
• Resolve inquiries at first contact and collaborate with partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and adherence to policies.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms and provide a warm customer experience.
• Engage customers, promote digital tools, and represent Woodforest in the community.
