Job summary

You will support branch operations, explain products clearly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partner support as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver warm, personalized customer interactions and explain banking products clearly.
• Support community events and branch marketing efforts to drive traffic and relationships.
