Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands’ Greeneville, TN location is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee loan and cash transactions, manage staff, and drive community outreach while maintaining strict compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or retail, 3 months in a leadership role, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site tasks and community events.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain store security protocols and opening/closing procedures, including vault/cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
