Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead a team, drive customer service, and manage store operations. The role emphasizes leadership development, risk management, and growth within the brand family.

The ASM will support customers with financial services, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with on‑the‑job training and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands listed (long hours standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data with accuracy and integrity and assist with audits.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Perform on-site tasks such as store visits, errands, and local marketing.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
