Check Into Cash in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers, drive account management, and assist with risk and operations. You will lead a team, contribute to outreach, and participate in brand-wide training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands (standing, ability to lift up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, checkcashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside of the office when applicable, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and conduct store audits.
