Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive sales programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and coach team members on training and goals.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
