Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom, ensuring programs are followed.
• Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and coordinate training.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all store processes (orders, transfers, returns) are performed efficiently.
• Open/close store duties, secure money and deposits per policy, and manage deliveries.
• Maintain building, signage, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
• All other duties as assigned.
