Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFFB) seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Florence, SC location (TitleMax brand). You will support customers through financial services while gaining hands-on experience running a store. Develop leadership skills by driving account management, outreach, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
