Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Lexington, SC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with real financial needs and gain hands-on leadership experience running a store. You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance-driven, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Work outside the office as needed, including on-site vehicle appraisals and marketing.
• Meet performance standards and participate in in-store and community events.
