TitleMax is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Mill, SC. You will support customers with financial services, manage accounts, and lead store activities while focusing on service quality and compliance.

You will gain leadership experience, participate in a robust training program, and have opportunities for cross-brand advancement across the company’s US footprint. This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving up to 25 pounds; operating keyboard.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, while focusing on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
