Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or lead‑ership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using phones, POS, and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing accurately.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data accurately and protect customer information.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform on-site tasks like store visits and local marketing.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
