Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kingstree, SC. You will support customers with real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store and leading a team.

Expect growth through leadership development and cross-brand opportunities across 11 brands nationwide. The role requires strong communication skills, prior supervisory experience, and willingness to work full-time including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or lead-ership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery; focus on customer service to prevent loss.
