Qualifications

• One to two years supervisory experience in food service.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication with staff, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and related payment processes.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower ensuring development and training of all employees.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Attend Perkins University coursework and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Perform and assist in all restaurant functions as needed.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and presented according to standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Schedule and staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Manage facilities and equipment maintenance, safety and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory levels and optimize ordering procedures.
• Identify and correct system breakdowns to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor payroll, cash, and expenses.
• Attend team meetings and present to peers and management.
