Job summary

KidStrong Cypress seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive center growth, lead coaching staff, and deliver exceptional experiences for families in Cypress, TX. You’ll oversee sales, events, and daily operations while acting as MOD when the GM is off.

Ideal candidates have a background in child development or athletics, strong sales instincts, and energetic leadership. The role includes hands-on coaching 5–10 hours weekly and opportunities for growth within a high-energy culture.

Qualifications

• Child development/athletic background with kids (15 months–11 yrs).
• Strong sales mindset with outbound calling and closing skills.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team development.
• Comfortable in an active, physically engaging environment.
• Tech-savvy with Google/Microsoft tools and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead member acquisition through outbound calls and close sales.
• Mentor coaches and promote a coaching culture aligned to KidStrong standards.
• Track center KPIs, enrollments, and customer experience to improve operations.
• Deliver hands-on KidStrong coaching 5–10 hours weekly.
