Sonic Drive-In is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, train staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with the Managing Partner on scheduling, performance management, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications include 1+ year in a similar role, 18+ years old, and availability to close two nights weekly, with strong cash handling and inventory capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with Managing Partner to drive growth and protect brand reputation.
