Sonic Drive-In in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, and drive guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

You will mentor the team, manage training and scheduling, oversee inventory and food safety, and partner with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives and brand protection.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
