Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, support the Managing Partner, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and performance management within a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar in food service or retail.
• Must be able to work closing shifts at least two nights per week.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift and stand for long periods.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
