Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in the DFW area. The role leads commercial cleaning operations, ensuring service commitments are met and budgets are exceeded. You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance management, while supporting sales with client expansion.

The position reports to the VP of Operations and offers growth opportunities within a expanding central region. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Strong communication both written and verbal.
• Proven problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets and staff.
• Manage cleaning service expenses including labor and supplies.
• Meet with clients to ensure satisfaction and adapt to needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports for issues.
• Oversee recruitment and training of cleaning staff.
• Promote growth by selling additional services to customers.
