Pritchard Industries is seeking an Account Manager based in the DFW area. You will lead commercial cleaning operations, oversee service delivery, manage staff and scheduling, and work with the sales team to grow corporate revenue.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will balance client satisfaction with efficient operations. The role emphasizes development of long-term strategy, regular client meetings, and adherence to budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Strong communication skills with clients, owners, and staff.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Strong business development experience and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify changing needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Allocate resources for customer sites and maintain inventories of supplies.
• Oversee recruitment and training of cleaning staff and ongoing development.
• Interact with senior managers and owners to promote business and opportunities.
