Pritchard Industries in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an Account Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations within the Central Region. You will oversee service delivery, scheduling, staffing, and performance management to meet contracts and grow revenue.

This role reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates with sales to expand the customer base. The candidate should bring 5+ years in janitorial/related management, strong communication, leadership, and a proactive business

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
• Meet with clients to ensure satisfaction and understand evolving needs.

• Monitor performance reports and identify issues in service or contracts.
• Recruit and train cleaning staff and mentor new personnel.
