Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking an Account Manager based in the DFW, Texas area to lead commercial cleaning operations and ensure service commitments are met.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance management of staff, while driving revenue growth by expanding services with existing customers and supporting the sales team in acquiring new business. This role reports to the VP of Operations in the Central region.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and owners.
• Proven problem solving, leadership, and planning abilities.
• Experience in business development and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy and annual business plans.
• Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets and team.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services and deliveries.
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Allocate resources and schedule services at client sites.
• Recruit and train cleaning staff and oversee staff development.
• Collaborate with senior management to promote business growth.
