Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking an Account Manager based in the DFW area to lead commercial cleaning operations, ensure service commitments are met, and drive growth. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance of staff while overseeing expenses and contract compliance, reporting to the VP of Operations.

With a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth, you will coordinate with sales and operations teams to expand services for existing customers and develop new business

Qualifications

• Five or more years in janitorial or a related industry with operations/building management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients, owners, and staff.
• Proven problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience in business development and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and supervision of service delivery across multiple client sites.
• Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets, and staffing.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services (labor, materials, delivery).
• Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to address issues and improve performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff; support career growth.
• Engage with senior management and ownership to promote growth and address opportunities.
