Angels Care Home Health in Texas seeks an Account Executive to grow referral networks, convert referrals to admissions, and foster partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers to deliver high-quality home health services. You will manage relationships across the territory, present eligibility and payer options, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory (physicians, discharge planners, case managers, community partners).
• Present and promote home health services, emphasizing eligibility and payer options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert referrals into active admissions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and consistently meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
• Maintain records in CRM, track activity, and report outcomes.
