Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across the territory. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other health providers, promoting home health services and payer options to ensure smooth patient transitions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, knowledge of post-acute care, payer sources, and a commitment to connecting patients with high-quality home health care.

Formación

• Healthcare sales experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong understanding of eligibility, referral processes, and payer sources.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services and payer options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert to active referrals.
• Educate providers on benefits, coverage, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and satisfaction.
• Attend case conferences and required meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
• Maintain CRM records and report outcomes.
