Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth, convert referrals into admissions, and build strong partnerships with physicians and facilities. You will cultivate relationships across territory to expand access to high-quality home health services.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory, including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
• Present and promote home health services, emphasizing patient eligibility, payer source options, and seamless transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active, ongoing referral partnerships.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and appropriate use of home health, ensuring understanding of coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams, following intake workflows and branch standards to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.
• Attend case conferences, focus meetings, and other required meetings as assigned.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track activity, document sales calls, and report outcomes.
