Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to drive client outcomes and team performance in a collaborative branch setting. You will support strategy execution with a focus on expanding relationships, growing assets, and delivering Schwab’s trusted client experience.

The role emphasizes developing others, active listening, influential communication, and a growth mindset, with a clear path to a Branch Manager position within three years.

Qualifications

A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
Series 66 (or 63/65) license is currently held or to be obtained.
Series 9 and 10 (or 8) licenses to be held or obtained.
Life and Health Insurance license to be held or obtained.
CFP designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop branch team to deliver consistent Schwab client experience.
Partner with Branch Manager to execute strategy for growth, assets, and relationships.
Coach and mentor staff to enhance client engagement and performance.
Drive business growth by implementing data-driven decisions and cross-sell initiatives.
