You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to expand relationships, grow assets, and influence branch results through data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and active client engagement, with a structured path toward a Branch Manager position within a 3-year trajectory.

Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63/65) license.
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) licenses.
• Currently hold or obtain the Life and Health Insurance license.
• Relevant financial services experience including client acquisition and relationship growth; leadership exposure preferred.
• CFP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, client outcomes, and team performance within your local market.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to execute growth initiatives and track performance against key metrics.
• Grow assets and deepen wallet share through relationship expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver Schwab client experiences.
• Navigate client and employee needs with sound judgment and data-driven decisions.
