Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team of financial professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base within the branch. You will coach FCs and ICs, deliver sales strategies, and manage performance and compliance in daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, client service, and collaboration with business partners to ensure service excellence and growth across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active and valid Series 66 license (63/65) may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license may be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop sales teams to drive branch revenue growth.
• Manage sales processes and deliver training across the branch.
• Lead performance management and recognition activities.
• Conduct client presentations and interviews for prospective employees.
• Collaborate with business partners and share best practices.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks typical of the industry.
