Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 license required (63/65).
• Active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Relocation flexibility to move across the network for future manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local business plan focused on growth of market share and client assets.
• Coach a driven team of branch professionals with performance management and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to guide development and growth of clients and staff.
• Support relocation across the network as future manager opportunities arise.
