Qualifications

• Licenses and/or certifications in financial services as listed in the requirements.
• CFP designation preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong client engagement and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth within the local market in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Expand client relationships and assets, leveraging data-driven decisions.
• Coach and develop branch team performance to deliver Schwab experiences.
• Lead strategy execution to achieve market impact and branch results.
• Partner with leadership to execute growth initiatives and track performance.
