Charles Schwab is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a branch team and drive growth in market share and client assets. You will work under the Branch Manager to develop and execute a local business plan and coach the team toward higher performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required.
• Active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Willingness to relocate across the network as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive local business plan to grow market share and client assets.
• Coach a driven team of branch professionals, managing performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to align on strategy and execution.
• Build and deepen client relationships to support wealth management goals.
