Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of financial professionals, drive branch revenue, and expand the client base. The role involves coaching, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with Financial Consultants and Investment Consultants to deliver investment guidance to clients.

The position requires FINRA licenses, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 4+ years of financial sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA licenses (7/66/9/10) and life/health insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coaching to financial professionals and lead sales processes.
• Deliver training, manage performance, and recognize high performers.
• Conduct client presentations and interview prospective employees.
• Collaborate with FCs, ICs and business partners to implement sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance and handle administrative tasks typical of the industry.
