Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of financial professionals in a high-touch, client-focused environment. You will coach a team of Financial Consultants and Investment Consultants, drive branch revenue, and expand the client base while overseeing sales strategies and daily operations.

You will conduct performance management, hire and train staff, deliver client-focused presentations, and collaborate with business partners to implement cross-branch initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license; may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active Series 9/10 license; may be obtained within 90 days.
• Life and Health Insurance license; may be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.
