Job summary
Firecrawl is hiring a Growth Engineer for the Support Engineering team in San Francisco or remote in the Americas. You will build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to scale support and improve developer experience, shipping improvements from day one.

- 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems.
- Experience building internal tools or automation that developers rely on.
- Experience shipping production-grade tooling for support or DX workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable.
- Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster.
- Fix problems at the source by shipping product and DX improvements to reduce tickets.
- Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions used by the whole team.
- Work close to real developer problems and connect support with product.
