VANTA Partners Inc. is seeking a growth-focused partnerships pro to act as the growth engine for our post-sale accounts in New York City. This role combines consultative advisory with revenue generation to expand high-value partnerships.

You will lead renewals, upsells, and expansion plays, turning partner feedback into product improvements while delivering dashboards that prove impact. Expect ambiguity, ownership, and rapid iteration in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, partnerships, customer experience, or customer success.
• Track record growing/expanding high-value accounts.
• Experience influencing senior leaders.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• 14 days PTO.
• Energetic NYC office proximity.
