Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 8+ years in learning & development, talent development, or professional services consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate growth priorities into targeted learning solutions.
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of growth enablement programs.
• Define skill standards and governance across the learning ecosystem.
• Measure impact and optimize programs based on business outcomes.
