Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Capability & Growth Leader to architect a modern capability ecosystem that develops employee skills, leadership and performance in an AI-enabled workplace.

Reporting to executives and partnering with HR, PM, and business stakeholders, you will design immersive learning experiences, drive adoption of growth initiatives, and measure impact with data-driven analytics to accelerate workforce readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in a related field preferred.
• 10+ Years of progressive experience in building employee, customer, product, learning, enablement, leadership or organizational development programs required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop immersive learning and capability-building strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design employee experiences using customer-centric and product-development principles with feedback and rapid iteration.
• Drive adoption and engagement with learning and growth initiatives.
• Measure program impact using learning analytics and business insights.
