Job summary

IPA is seeking a Corporate Learning & Development Manager to shape how IPA develops, supports, and scales its talent. You will design and deliver learning programs focused on sales excellence and leadership development, partnering with HR and department leaders to drive growth and transformation.

You will build a comprehensive strategy, deliver blended learning across onboarding, product knowledge, coaching, and 360 feedback, and implement measurement frameworks to show ROI.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise leadership programs.
• Strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a Sales Learning Strategy to elevate performance and drive revenue outcomes.
• Build and manage a Sales Enablement curriculum (onboarding, product knowledge, objection handling, consultative selling).
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops to align learning with go-to-market strategy and track impact on pipeline and quota.
• Architect a scalable Leadership Development Program from emerging leaders to senior executives.
• Facilitate leadership experiences, coaching, mentoring, and 360-feedback; lead succession planning.
• Drive change management through targeted learning interventions.
