Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth initiatives and analytics at scale. You will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer, CMO, and Growth Ops leaders to streamline processes and guide cross-functional teams.

You will lead a team of Growth Enablement Managers, collaborate with Marketing to prioritize accounts, analyze data, and influence senior executives with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degrees in business or economics.
• MBA and/or analytics-focused studies are preferred.
• CBM certification demonstrates management and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities and streamline processes across teams.
• Lead Growth Enablement Managers to optimize frontline workflows.
• Leverage Growth Operations CoEs and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.
• Track market triggers, manage pipelines, and analyze win/loss data.
• Provide analytics and risk insights to executives for governance.
