As Growth Leader – AI Engineering, Strategic Accounts, you will sit at the intersection of strategic account growth, technology advisory, and transformation execution.
You will work closely with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders to understand enterprise priorities and translate them into differentiated AI engineering and modernization strategies.
You will own the opportunity lifecycle from executive engagement and problem definition through solution shaping, commercial closure, mobilization, and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders.
- Originate and shape large-scale AI, data, cloud, and engineering transformation opportunities.
- Own opportunities from executive engagement and problem definition through solution shaping, negotiation, closure, and expansion.
- Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps, business cases, target architectures, and value propositions.
- Lead complex, multi-million-dollar pursuits and coordinate consulting, AI, data, cloud, and engineering teams.
- Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, data platform, cloud modernization, application modernization, and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and technology platforms.
- Convert pilots and advisory engagements into scalable, enterprise-wide programs.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, data & AI services, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven experience driving growth within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Track record of originating and winning complex, multi-million-dollar or multi-year transformation programs.
- Strong C-suite relationships and executive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud, data platforms, APIs, microservices, DevSecOps, platform engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, and legacy modernization.
- Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, and AI governance.
- Strong commercial experience across deal strategy, pricing, contracting, negotiation, and portfolio economics.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.
- CPG, Retail, or other data-intensive enterprise experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
