Responsibilities

• Conversion rate optimization: own CRO roadmap for cyera.com, including personalization on high‑value pages and trust signals on high‑intent pages (demo, pricing).
• Visitor identification & retargeting: profile anonymous site traffic and drive a retargeting motion with our media agency, while handling cookie deprecation and consent.
• Chat & digital experience: own the performance of our website chat as a core conversion/qualification channel.
• Web analytics & reporting: be the single source of truth on core web KPIs and report with rigorous standards.
• Cross‑functional integration: partner with in‑house web development, SEO/AEO, paid media, and design to keep the roadmap coherent.
• Platform story on the web: ensure the site reflects Cyera as an integrated AI Trust platform across navigation and conversion paths.
