Job summary

Club Pilates North Tallahassee is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a high-energy team, drive memberships, and ensure a polished member experience. You will oversee sales, front-desk operations, events, social outreach, and partnerships to grow the studio and support four locations under the regional strategy.

The right candidate is sales-driven, highly organized, and excels at coaching a team while fostering a welcoming environment for members and prospects. Full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fitness, retail, or service industries preferred.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Positive, professional, and team-focused mindset.
• Experience with lead management, grassroots marketing, events, outreach, social media, or local partnerships is preferred.
• Strong judgment in policies, people matters, and day-to-day decisions.
• Attention to detail and pride in studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and studio growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Lead and develop the Sales Associates/front desk team.
• Build community through partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing.
• Own studio operations including inventory, schedules, and day-to-day tasks.
