A boutique Pilates studio is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee operations and drive membership growth.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for building membership, leading community outreach, hiring and developing the team, and owning the studio's financial performance.

This is not a passive management role. It is a hands‑on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and consistent community presence.

Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth
  • Lead and execute sales strategy to grow the membership base
  • Capture, nurture, and close incoming leads
  • Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets
  • Track and analyze KPIs including sales conversion, retention, and revenue performance
Leadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard instructors and studio team members
  • Build a positive, high-accountability team culture
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Ensure staff upholds service, energy, and professionalism standards
  • Lead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownership
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventory
  • Maintain brand standards and studio presentation at all times
  • Be present during peak class times to provide leadership and support
  • Manage expenses and operate within budget
  • Ensure consistent communication around performance metrics
Teaching & Studio Support
  • Complete required instructor certification training (company-paid)
  • Teach approximately 4–6 classes per month, or as needed
  • Step in to cover classes when necessary
  • Maintain working knowledge of programming and instructor performance standards
